Season, packing and shipping

Plan pre-season orders well ahead of your selling window; refill orders for best-sellers are quoted per SKU. Products ship in retail packaging or bulk export cartons as agreed; shipping terms are agreed per order, FOB is typical. Every heated product contains or ships with lithium batteries, so it moves only with a UN 38.3 test summary, SDS and the dangerous-goods packing and labels the mode of transport requires — sea freight is the usual route for volume orders. No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Yes — mixing vests, jackets, gloves, socks and accessories in one shipment is common; each SKU is quoted separately and batteries are packed per transport rules.

Do you have price tiers?

Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.

Can you supply spare batteries and chargers?

Yes — spare packs, power banks and chargers are quoted per SKU. Batteries shipped on their own are a separate dangerous-goods classification from batteries packed with garments, which affects packing and freight.

Do you supply PPE and workwear programs?

Yes — heated vests, jackets, gloves and pants for outdoor crews, in program quantities with delivery schedules agreed per order. Any PPE or high-visibility claim requires documentation for that SKU.
