Heated jacket styles we supply
- Softshell heated jackets — wind-resistant stretch shells with a fleece back; the all-round style for outdoor, golf and commuting.
- Puffer and quilted heated jackets — lightweight insulated jackets with the heat panels behind the fill; packable versions on request.
- Insulated parkas — longer cuts with hoods for city winter and outdoor work; heat zones in back, chest and pockets.

- Ski and snow heated jackets — waterproof-breathable shells with the battery pocket placed clear of hip belts and harnesses; water-resistance ratings are specified per fabric and only claimed with test documentation.
- Motorcycle heated layers — heated jacket liners worn under a riding jacket; versions powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system are quoted on request with the buyer’s connector standard.
Heated hoodies
The heated hoodie brings the category into casual and streetwear: pullover or full-zip fleece hoodies with back and kangaroo-pocket heat zones, usually on a 5 V USB power bank. It is the easiest heated SKU for e-commerce sellers and merchandise programs — see the heated hoodie page for styles, fabrics and washing.
Heat zones, controller and battery
Jackets usually heat the back, chest and collar, with optional sleeve/upper-arm and hand-pocket zones; a single illuminated button gives three levels, and dual controllers or app control are quoted per platform. Elements are carbon fiber pads or graphene film. Power is a 7.4 V lithium-ion pack or a 5 V USB power bank in an internal pocket with a cable port; capacity and connector are specified per SKU, and runtime per level is measured on your pre-production sample. Details: heating elements, zones and levels, batteries and runtime.
Compliance — confirmed per SKU, not claimed here
No heated jacket or battery on this site is claimed certified, listed or tested to any standard. Before production we confirm with you and an accredited laboratory which documents your market and channel require — lithium battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery safety, electrical/EMC and radio documents, chemical and textile-labeling requirements — following the general compliance process. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Heated jacket or heated vest — which should we launch first?
Many ranges launch a heated vest first (lower price point, fits under any shell) and add a jacket for the premium tier. The two usually share the same battery platform, which simplifies spares and documentation.
Can a heated jacket be waterproof?
The shell fabric can be waterproof-breathable, and seams, zips and the battery pocket are designed around it. Any waterproof or water-resistance claim must be backed by test documentation for that SKU; none is claimed on this site.
Do you make heated jackets for motorcycle riders?
Yes — battery heated liners worn under a riding jacket, and, on request, layers powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system using the buyer’s connector standard.
Do your heated garments carry FCC, CE or other electrical-safety marks?
No marks are claimed on this site. Heated apparel combines a heating element, a controller and a lithium battery, so the buyer and supplier confirm per SKU which electrical-safety, EMC, radio (for Bluetooth / app-controlled models) and chemical documents the destination market and channel require — for example FCC rules in the US, or CE marking with EMC, RoHS and general product-safety documentation in the EU. Marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. See the compliance process.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Can heated apparel be washed?
Most heated garments are designed to be washed with the battery removed and the connector tucked into its pocket, usually by hand or on a gentle cycle and line-dried — but washability is a property of each SKU (element, wiring, connector and fabric), so the care instructions are confirmed on the sample and printed on the care label your team approves. See fabrics and washing in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
