Heated scarf knit, fleece and wrap heated scarves and neck warmers
A heated scarf warms the back of the neck — the spot people feel the cold first — and it is one of the easiest heated products to sell as a gift. ParkaForge supplies USB and battery heated scarves, neck warmers and gaiters to outdoor and fashion brands, ski shops, gift and promotional buyers and e-commerce sellers, with your knit or fabric, colors, logo and packaging. Part of our heated accessories; no temperatures, runtimes or certifications are claimed.
- Classic knit, fleece, wrap and infinity heated scarves

Heated scarf styles
- Classic heated scarf — long knit or woven scarf with the heat zone at the center back and a zip pocket for the power bank at one end.
- Fleece and wrap scarves — wider, softer wraps; popular for spectators and commuters.
- Infinity / snood heated scarves — loop scarves with no loose ends.
- Heated neck warmers and gaiters — compact tubes for skiing, motorcycle riding and outdoor work; they fit under a jacket collar or helmet.
Heat zone, controller and power bank
A thin carbon fiber pad or graphene film sits at the back of the neck, with an illuminated button offering three heat levels. Most heated scarves run on a small 5 V USB power bank in an end pocket — or ship with a USB cable only for the customer’s own bank. Runtime per level is measured on the sample and stated per SKU — see batteries and runtime. Washing is done with the power bank removed, per the care instructions confirmed for each SKU.
Warnings and compliance
No heated scarf or power bank on this site is claimed certified or tested. A heated product worn around the neck needs clear warnings (for example on children’s use and on use while sleeping), approved by your team. Battery transport, battery-safety, electrical/EMC and textile documents are confirmed per SKU and per order through the general compliance process.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Where does a heated scarf heat?
At the back of the neck, where a thin heating pad sits between the fabric layers. The zone size is shown on the sample for your SKU.
Can the heated scarf be worn under a motorcycle or ski helmet?
Compact heated neck warmers and gaiters are designed for that; full scarves are usually too bulky. Fit is checked on samples with your target helmets and jackets.
Can heated apparel be washed?
Most heated garments are designed to be washed with the battery removed and the connector tucked into its pocket, usually by hand or on a gentle cycle and line-dried — but washability is a property of each SKU (element, wiring, connector and fabric), so the care instructions are confirmed on the sample and printed on the care label your team approves. See fabrics and washing in our specs guide.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
