Entry 1 · OEM & private label
OEM & private label heated apparel your brand on heated vests, jackets, gloves and more
Launch or extend a heated line under your own brand without building a garment, electronics and battery supply chain yourself. ParkaForge handles platform selection, heat-zone layout, battery platform, sampling, logo application, packaging and the documentation path for heated vests, jackets and hoodies, gloves, socks and insoles, pants, battery heated blankets, scarves and hats — you own the brand, the claims and the customer.
- Existing heating platforms or your own patterns and tech packs
- Fabrics, colors, zone layout, battery platform and controller
- Logo, labels, manuals, warnings and retail packaging
- Battery and electrical documentation path confirmed per SKU
How an OEM program runs
- Brief: products, end users (outdoor, ski, motorcycle, work crews, casual), markets, channels, price points, quantities, season and the documents your market, retailer, marketplace or procurement team requires.
- Platform & documentation path: we propose garment and heating platforms, a battery platform (7.4 V pack or 5 V USB power bank), identify which battery, electrical and textile documents apply to each SKU, and quote by SKU, including MOQ and lead time.
- Samples: stock samples first, then pre-production samples in your fabric, colors, logo and packaging; heat-level temperature and runtime are measured on these samples for your spec sheet.
- Artwork: logos, care and fiber labels, battery labels, manuals, warnings and packaging dielines; your team approves every proof and every claim.
- Production & inspection: mass production with in-line checks and pre-shipment inspection; third-party inspection welcome.
- Shipping: FOB or other terms as agreed; lithium batteries ship only with UN 38.3 documentation and dangerous-goods packing; mixed orders across categories possible.
What can be customized
Garment: pattern and fit, size run, shell and lining fabrics, insulation, trims, pockets, colorways. Heating: number and position of heat zones, element type (carbon fiber or graphene), controller and button position, dual or app control. Power: battery platform, capacity, connector, cable and pocket, charger. Branding: logo method and placement, controller ring, battery label, zipper pulls. Packaging: hangtags, retail and gift boxes, manuals and warnings in your languages, barcodes and marketplace labels.
Logo and packaging methods
- Embroidery — chest, sleeve and back logos on vests, jackets, hoodies and hats; placed clear of heating elements.
- Heat transfer and reflective print — lightweight logos on shells, softshells and gloves.
- Screen print and sublimation — hoodies, fleece blankets and scarves.
- Woven labels, rubber / silicone and leather patches — workwear, hats and gloves.
- Knitted-in logos — socks, beanies and knit scarves.
- Printed controller ring and battery label — your brand on the button and the pack.
- Packaging — polybag + hangtag, window or gift boxes, garment bags, manuals, warnings and marketplace labels.
Details per method are in the specs guide.
Claims, honestly
We do not display certification marks or listings, publish temperatures, runtimes, test data, factory statistics or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires. Lithium batteries, electrical safety and EMC are documented per SKU and per order before production. We print the label, manual and packaging content your team approves; labeling and claims — including any temperature, runtime, waterproof or health-related wording — remain the brand owner’s responsibility.
Typical private label deliverables

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for private label heated apparel?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing heating platform with your logo starts lower than your own pattern, custom fabric colors, a new battery or printed retail boxes.
Can we use one battery across our whole heated range?
Often yes. Putting vests, jackets and pants on one 7.4 V platform, and accessories on one USB power bank, simplifies spares, chargers and documentation. Gloves and socks usually need their own smaller packs.
When should we brief an autumn / winter program?
Heated apparel is seasonal, and battery documentation and sampling take time. Brief as early as you can before your selling season; the lead time is confirmed per SKU on the quotation.
Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?
The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate temperature, runtime, certification or health claims.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Do your heated garments carry FCC, CE or other electrical-safety marks?
No marks are claimed on this site. Heated apparel combines a heating element, a controller and a lithium battery, so the buyer and supplier confirm per SKU which electrical-safety, EMC, radio (for Bluetooth / app-controlled models) and chemical documents the destination market and channel require — for example FCC rules in the US, or CE marking with EMC, RoHS and general product-safety documentation in the EU. Marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. See the compliance process.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or procurement team asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the battery and electrical-safety compliance process in our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
