Heated pants insulated, softshell, work and base-layer pants with heat zones
Heated pants complete a heated system for people who stand still in the cold — hunters, anglers, spectators, motorcycle riders and outdoor crews. ParkaForge supplies battery heated pants — insulated outdoor and ski pants, softshell pants, work pants and heated base-layer pants — to outdoor and workwear brands, motorcycle and ski shops, PPE buyers and e-commerce sellers, with your fabric, fit, colors and logo. Zones, battery and controller are specified per SKU; no temperatures, runtimes or certifications are claimed.
- Insulated, ski, softshell, work and base-layer heated pants
- Thigh, knee and lower-back heat zones; 3-level controller
- 7.4 V pack or 5 V USB power bank in a waistband pocket
- Shares the battery platform with your heated vest and jacket
Heated pant styles
- Insulated and ski heated pants — waterproof-breathable shell options, gaiters and scuff guards, battery pocket clear of the hip belt.
- Softshell heated pants — stretch, wind-resistant pants for hiking, hunting and motorcycle commuting.
- Work heated pants — canvas, duck or ripstop work pants with knee-pad pockets and tool pockets; hi-vis versions only with the visibility standard confirmed per SKU.
- Heated base-layer pants — thin thermal leggings with heat zones, worn under any outer pant; matched with a heated base-layer top on request.
Heat zones and power
Common layouts heat the front thighs, the knees and sometimes the lower back or seat. A three-level illuminated button sits at the waistband, and the battery — a 7.4 V pack or a 5 V USB power bank — lives in a waistband pocket. Many buyers put pants on the same battery platform as their heated vests and jackets so spares are interchangeable. Elements are carbon fiber or graphene; runtime is measured on the sample and stated per SKU (zones and levels, batteries).
Compliance — confirmed per SKU
No heated pant or battery on this site is claimed certified, listed or tested. Battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety, electrical/EMC, chemical and textile-labeling documents are confirmed per SKU and per order for your market through the general compliance process; waterproof or visibility claims only with test documentation for that SKU.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Where do heated pants heat?
Usually the front thighs and knees; lower back or seat zones are optional. The layout is agreed on the tech pack and shown on the sample.
Can heated pants share batteries with our vests?
Yes — putting vests, jackets and pants on one battery platform is common and simplifies spares, chargers and documentation.
Do you make heated base-layer pants?
Yes, thin stretch base-layer pants with heat zones, worn under any outer pant; matching tops are quoted on request.
Do your heated garments carry FCC, CE or other electrical-safety marks?
No marks are claimed on this site. Heated apparel combines a heating element, a controller and a lithium battery, so the buyer and supplier confirm per SKU which electrical-safety, EMC, radio (for Bluetooth / app-controlled models) and chemical documents the destination market and channel require — for example FCC rules in the US, or CE marking with EMC, RoHS and general product-safety documentation in the EU. Marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. See the compliance process.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Can heated apparel be washed?
Most heated garments are designed to be washed with the battery removed and the connector tucked into its pocket, usually by hand or on a gentle cycle and line-dried — but washability is a property of each SKU (element, wiring, connector and fabric), so the care instructions are confirmed on the sample and printed on the care label your team approves. See fabrics and washing in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or procurement team asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the battery and electrical-safety compliance process in our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
