Battery heated blankets · OEM & private label

Battery heated blankets rechargeable heated throws for the stadium, campsite, car and patio

A battery heated blanket is a throw with a flexible heat zone and a controller, powered by a rechargeable pack or a USB power bank instead of a wall socket. ParkaForge supplies battery heated blankets and throws to outdoor and camping brands, stadium and team merchandise programs, automotive and travel accessory sellers, hospitality buyers and e-commerce sellers, with your fabrics, colors, logo and packaging. Heat zone, controller and battery are specified per SKU; no temperatures, runtimes or certifications are claimed. See the full heated blankets range.

  • Throw, stadium, camping and wearable formats
  • Carbon fiber or graphene heat zone; 3-level controller, auto-off on suitable controllers
  • USB power bank (most common), 7.4 V pack or USB cable only
  • Flannel, fleece, sherpa or water-resistant outer fabric

Battery heated blanket formats

  • Heated throws — sofa-to-patio throws in flannel or fleece with sherpa reverse; the core retail and hospitality product.
  • Stadium and camping blankets — water-resistant backing, carry strap or stuff sack, quick fold for bleachers and campsites.
  • Wearable heated blankets — sleeved, hooded or poncho-style wraps with back and shoulder zones; closely related to the heated hoodie.
  • Car and travel blankets — battery or USB powered, with a 12 V vehicle cord on request.

Heat zone, controller and power

A battery heated blanket heats a defined zone — usually the center or the back/shoulder area of a wearable — rather than the full surface, using thin carbon fiber pads or graphene film sewn between fabric layers. An in-line or pocket controller gives three heat levels; an auto shut-off timer is available on suitable controllers and its behavior is verified on the sample. Power comes from a 5 V USB power bank (the most common choice — easy to replace and recharge), a 7.4 V pack for more output, or a USB cable only for customers who bring their own bank. Capacity and runtime per level are measured on the sample and stated per SKU — see batteries and runtime.

Fabrics, sizes and washing

Common fabrics are flannel fleece, polar fleece, sherpa, quilted polyester and water-resistant nylon or polyester outers. Size and fill are specified per SKU. Battery heated blankets are washed with the controller and battery disconnected and removed, following care instructions confirmed on the sample for each SKU — see fabrics and washing.

Safety, warnings and compliance

No battery heated blanket on this site is claimed certified, listed or tested to any standard. The manual and labels need clear warnings — for example not to use the blanket on infants, on people who cannot feel heat or remove the blanket themselves, or while folded or bunched — and these are drafted for your market and approved by your team. Battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety, electrical/EMC and textile documents are confirmed per SKU and per order through the general compliance process; whether a flexible-heating-appliance standard applies to the design is confirmed with the laboratory.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

Does the whole battery heated blanket get warm?

No — like most low-voltage blankets it heats a defined zone, which keeps power demand within what a battery can supply. The zone size and position are agreed per SKU and shown on the sample.

Can we sell it with a USB cable only?

Yes. Many sellers ship the blanket with a USB cable and let customers use their own power bank, which also simplifies shipping. The listing and manual must state the power requirements confirmed for that SKU.

Is there an auto shut-off?

An auto-off timer is available on suitable controllers; its behavior is verified on the sample and described in the manual for that SKU.

How long does the battery last on each heat level?

It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.

Can heated apparel be washed?

Most heated garments are designed to be washed with the battery removed and the connector tucked into its pocket, usually by hand or on a gentle cycle and line-dried — but washability is a property of each SKU (element, wiring, connector and fabric), so the care instructions are confirmed on the sample and printed on the care label your team approves. See fabrics and washing in our specs guide.

Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?

We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.

Do your heated garments carry FCC, CE or other electrical-safety marks?

No marks are claimed on this site. Heated apparel combines a heating element, a controller and a lithium battery, so the buyer and supplier confirm per SKU which electrical-safety, EMC, radio (for Bluetooth / app-controlled models) and chemical documents the destination market and channel require — for example FCC rules in the US, or CE marking with EMC, RoHS and general product-safety documentation in the EU. Marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. See the compliance process.

Can we market heated products for Raynaud’s, arthritis or circulation?

We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product, and we do not recommend that private label buyers do so: claims to treat or relieve a condition can bring a product under medical-device rules in many markets. Heated products also need clear warnings for users who may not feel heat properly. Product claims and warnings are the brand owner’s responsibility and should be reviewed by your compliance advisor.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
