Heated blankets battery and USB heated throws for outdoors, travel and patios
Low-voltage heated blankets go where a plug-in electric blanket cannot: the stadium, the campsite, the car, the boat and the restaurant patio. ParkaForge supplies battery and USB heated blankets — throws, camping and stadium blankets and wearable heated blankets — to outdoor and camping brands, automotive and travel accessory sellers, hospitality buyers and e-commerce sellers, with your fabrics, colors, logo and packaging. This site covers low-voltage (battery, USB or vehicle 12 V) products only, not mains-powered electric bedding.

The heated blanket range
- Battery heated blankets — throws and outdoor blankets with a heat zone, controller and a rechargeable pack or USB power bank in a zip pocket. The core product of this category.
- USB heated throws — the same construction sold with a USB cable only, for use with the customer’s own power bank or a USB port.
- Stadium and camping blankets — water-resistant backing, carry straps or stuff sacks, compact fold.
- Wearable heated blankets and ponchos — sleeved or hooded wraps with zones on back and shoulders.
- 12 V vehicle blankets — powered from a car or boat accessory socket; quoted on request.
Who buys low-voltage heated blankets
Outdoor and camping brands; sports-fan, stadium and team merchandise programs; automotive, RV and travel accessory sellers; restaurants, hotels and venues that offer blankets on outdoor terraces (B2B hospitality orders); and e-commerce sellers. Private label runs through OEM, stock designs through wholesale.
Compliance — confirmed per SKU, not claimed here
No heated blanket, battery or cable on this site is claimed certified, listed or tested. Heated blankets are flexible heating products used close to the body, sometimes by people who are resting — so warnings, controls and documentation matter. Battery transport, battery-safety, electrical/EMC and textile documents are confirmed per SKU and per order for your market through the general compliance process; whether a flexible-heating-appliance standard applies to a given low-voltage design is confirmed with the laboratory.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Do you supply plug-in electric blankets?
This site covers low-voltage heated blankets only — battery, USB power bank and 12 V vehicle-powered products. Mains-powered electric bedding is a different product category with its own standards and is not offered here.
Can restaurants and venues order heated blankets for their terraces?
Yes — hospitality orders are quoted like any B2B program, with your logo on the blanket or carry bag and spare packs or power banks per blanket.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or procurement team asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the battery and electrical-safety compliance process in our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
