The heated accessories range
- Heated scarves — knit, fleece and wrap scarves, neck gaiters and snoods with a heat zone at the back of the neck and a power-bank pocket.
- Heated hats — beanies with a heated band over the forehead and ears, trapper hats and caps; removable heat modules on some platforms.
- Heated ear bands, balaclavas and neck gaiters — quoted on request on the same USB platform.
Rechargeable hand warmers (side line)
Rechargeable hand warmers are pocket-sized lithium-ion heaters, often doubling as a power bank, and they sell alongside heated gloves and accessories in outdoor, hunting and gift channels. We quote them for buyers who want a matching branded add-on: housing material and color, single or split (magnetic pair) formats, heat levels, logo by print or laser, and gift packaging. Because they contain a lithium-ion battery and heat a hard surface held in the hand, battery transport and battery-safety documents and clear warnings are confirmed per SKU, and surface temperatures are measured on the sample, never quoted from a datasheet.
Compliance — confirmed per SKU
No accessory, power bank or hand warmer on this site is claimed certified, listed or tested. Battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety, electrical/EMC and textile documents are confirmed per SKU and per order for your market — see the general compliance process.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Can we bundle a heated hat, scarf and hand warmer as a gift set?
Yes — bundles under one barcode are common for the gift season. Each item is still documented per SKU, and battery shipping rules apply to the set.
Do heated accessories use the same battery as our vests?
Scarves and hats usually run on a small 5 V USB power bank; vests and jackets often use 7.4 V packs. Sharing one USB power bank across accessories keeps spares simple.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Are your products certified or tested?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for your market, as your brand requires: tell us the destination market, sales channel and the standard or document your retailer, marketplace or procurement team asks for, and the quotation confirms which documentation applies to each SKU and how it is obtained (existing reports for a platform, or testing arranged with a third-party laboratory). See the battery and electrical-safety compliance process in our specs guide or ask on the inquiry form.
