Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

What should I include in my inquiry?
Products, styles and sizes, fabrics, heat zones and battery preference (7.4 V pack or 5 V USB power bank), quantities per SKU, logo and packaging, destination market and channel, season and timeline, and the documentation your market, retailer or procurement team requires (battery transport and safety, electrical/EMC, PPE or visibility standards if claimed).
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Stock samples are available for most products, followed by pre-production samples with your colors, logo and packaging. Samples with lithium batteries ship only with transport documentation in place. Sample terms are confirmed on the quotation.
Do you accept small trial orders?
MOQ is quoted per SKU. Existing heating platforms in neutral packaging start lower than custom patterns, fabric colors, batteries or printed retail packaging; ask on the form.
