Heated gloves · OEM & wholesale
Heated gloves ski, motorcycle, work and liner gloves heated to the fingertips
Cold hands end more outdoor days than anything else, which is why heated gloves are the second pillar of every heated apparel range. ParkaForge supplies battery heated gloves and mittens — ski and snow gloves, motorcycle gloves, work gloves, thin liner gloves and mittens — to outdoor and ski brands, motorcycle and powersports dealers, PPE and workwear buyers and e-commerce sellers, with your materials, colors, logo and packaging. Heating layout, battery and controller are specified per SKU; no temperatures, runtimes, protection ratings or certifications are claimed here.
- Ski / snow gloves, mittens, motorcycle, work and liner gloves
- Heat routed over the back of the hand and into the fingers and thumb
- Rechargeable packs in a cuff pocket, sold as a pair; 3-level button
- PPE and protection claims only with test documentation per SKU
Heated glove styles we supply
- Ski and snow heated gloves — insulated gauntlet gloves with a waterproof-breathable insert, leather or synthetic palm and a zip battery pocket on the cuff.
- Heated mittens — fingers together for more warmth from the same heat; popular for skiing, ice fishing and spectators.
- Motorcycle heated gloves — leather or textile riding gloves with knuckle and palm reinforcement; battery versions, and versions powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system on request. In the EU, motorcycle gloves are personal protective equipment (for example EN 13594) — any protection claim needs testing for that SKU.
- Work heated gloves — goatskin, cowhide or synthetic palms for outdoor crews; cut, abrasion or impact ratings (for example ANSI/ISEA 105 or EN 388) only with test documentation per SKU.
- Heated liner gloves — thin stretch gloves worn alone or inside a shell glove, with touchscreen fingertips.
- Hunting and fishing gloves — quieter fabrics, fold-back finger caps and muted colors.
Finger heating, battery and controller
The quality question in heated gloves is whether the heat reaches the fingers and thumb. Elements — carbon fiber pads, graphene film or fine alloy heating wire — are routed over the back of the hand and along each finger; full-wrap fingertip heating is available on some platforms. Each glove has its own rechargeable lithium-ion pack in a cuff pocket (7.4 V packs are common; smaller 3.7 V packs suit liner gloves) and an illuminated three-level button on the cuff or back of the hand. Gloves ship as a pair with two packs and a dual charger or USB charging cable. Pack capacity and runtime per level are measured on the sample and stated per SKU — see batteries and runtime.
Materials and construction
Shells in nylon, polyester or softshell; palms in goatskin, cowhide, PU leather or silicone-printed synthetic; insulation in synthetic fill or fleece; a waterproof-breathable insert (for example TPU membrane) on ski and work gloves; touchscreen-compatible fingertips; pre-curved fingers; adjustable cuffs and leashes. Waterproof and grip claims are made only where tested per SKU. Material references are in the specs guide.
Compliance — a process, not a claim
No glove or battery on this site is claimed certified, listed, protective or tested to any standard. For each SKU and order we confirm with you and an accredited laboratory the lithium battery transport documents (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), the battery-safety and electrical/EMC documents your market and channel require, and — where you want to sell the glove as PPE or protective motorcycle gear — the applicable PPE standard. Follow the general compliance process; labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Do your heated gloves heat the fingers?
Yes — finger and thumb heating is specified on every heated glove platform we quote, and full fingertip wrap is available on some. Exact coverage is shown on the sample and tech pack for your SKU.
Can heated gloves be powered from a motorcycle?
Battery gloves work on any bike. Gloves powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system are quoted on request with your connector and controller standard, and documented per SKU.
Can you supply heated work gloves with a cut rating?
Work-glove ratings such as ANSI/ISEA 105 or EN 388 belong to a tested model. If your channel needs one, the SKU is tested per order and the rating is printed only once the report is issued.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Can we market heated products for Raynaud’s, arthritis or circulation?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product, and we do not recommend that private label buyers do so: claims to treat or relieve a condition can bring a product under medical-device rules in many markets. Heated products also need clear warnings for users who may not feel heat properly. Product claims and warnings are the brand owner’s responsibility and should be reviewed by your compliance advisor.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
