Heated insoles · OEM & wholesale
Heated insoles rechargeable heat under the foot, in any boot
Heated insoles put warmth under the foot without changing socks or boots, which makes them an easy add-on for work boot, hunting, ski and outdoor footwear sellers. ParkaForge supplies rechargeable heated insoles — with the battery built into the heel or in an ankle pack — to workwear and outdoor brands, footwear retailers and e-commerce sellers, with your top cover, colors, logo and packaging. Part of our heated socks range; no temperatures, runtimes or certifications are claimed.
- Built-in heel battery or external ankle-pack platforms
- Forefoot / toe heating zone; button, remote or app control
- Trim-to-fit size ranges for work, hunting and ski boots
- Your top cover, colors, logo and retail packaging
Heated insole platforms
- Built-in battery insoles — a rechargeable lithium-ion cell sealed in the heel, charged by cable or charging pad; no wires outside the boot. Heel thickness is the trade-off.
- Ankle-pack insoles — a thinner insole with a cable to a battery pack clipped at the ankle or boot top; lets you use larger packs.
- Remote and app-controlled insoles — levels switched by a wireless remote or app instead of a button; radio documentation applies.
Construction, sizes and fit
Insoles combine a foam base (EVA or PU), the heating element over the forefoot and toes — carbon fiber or graphene film — a fabric or fleece top cover and a heel cup that houses the battery or the cable exit. Sizes are usually grouped (for example S/M/L/XL) with trim lines for the exact shoe size. Because the insole adds volume, fit is checked on samples in the buyer’s target boots. Material notes are in the specs guide.
Battery, charging and runtime
Built-in heel cells are small, so capacity and runtime per level must be measured on the actual sample and stated per SKU; ankle packs allow larger capacity. We publish no runtime or temperature figures. Charging (cable, charging pad or charging case) and the remote are specified per SKU. Lithium cells inside the insole mean the product ships as a battery-containing item with UN 38.3 and dangerous-goods documentation — see batteries and runtime and the compliance process.
Warnings and claims
No medical, circulation or orthotic claims are made for heated insoles. The manual needs clear warnings for users who may not feel heat in their feet and on drying the insoles after use; claims and warnings are approved by the brand owner.

No certifications, test data, temperatures or runtimes claimed. We describe what each product is made of, how it works and how it can be customized. We do not display certification marks or listings, publish test data, factory capacity or customer cases on this site. Test reports and certification documentation can be provided or arranged per order for the buyer’s market, as the brand owner requires. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery: battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited lab before production. No medical or health claims. Labeling and claims are the brand owner’s responsibility.
Frequently asked questions
Built-in battery or ankle pack — which should we choose?
Built-in heel batteries are tidier (no cables outside the boot) but limit capacity and add heel thickness; ankle packs keep the insole thinner and allow bigger packs. Choose by footwear and use; both are quoted.
Can heated insoles be trimmed?
Yes, along the marked trim lines at the toe, away from the heating element; trim limits are printed on the insole and in the manual for each SKU.
Do heated insoles fit ski boots?
Fit depends on the boot liner volume. Thin ankle-pack insoles fit more boots; samples are checked in your target footwear before an order.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Can we market heated products for Raynaud’s, arthritis or circulation?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product, and we do not recommend that private label buyers do so: claims to treat or relieve a condition can bring a product under medical-device rules in many markets. Heated products also need clear warnings for users who may not feel heat properly. Product claims and warnings are the brand owner’s responsibility and should be reviewed by your compliance advisor.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Both are quoted per SKU. MOQ depends mainly on the platform (an existing heating layout vs. a new pattern), fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and the documentation your market needs; lead time depends on customization, documentation and season — heated apparel is a seasonal category, so autumn programs need to be briefed early. Send your quantities and we confirm both on the quotation — see also the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
