Ordering, OEM & wholesale
Does ParkaForge sell to consumers?
No. We are a B2B supplier for outdoor and workwear brands, motorcycle and powersports dealers, ski and snow shops, PPE and workwear procurement teams, distributors and e-commerce sellers. End users should buy from our customers’ retail channels.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on the heating platform, fabric and color, size run, battery, logo method, packaging and documentation. Mixed orders across categories are welcome — see wholesale and the packaging & MOQ section of our specs guide.
Can I put my own brand on the products?
Yes. Embroidery, heat transfer, woven labels, patches, knitted-in logos, a branded controller ring and battery label, custom colors and retail packaging are covered in our OEM & private label program.
Are your products and batteries certified?
We do not display certification marks, listings or test data on this site. Every heated product contains or ships with a lithium-ion battery, so battery transport (UN 38.3, SDS, dangerous-goods packing), battery-safety and electrical/EMC documentation is confirmed per SKU and per order for your market before production — see the compliance process.
Which batteries do you use — 7.4 V or USB?
Both platforms are quoted: 7.4 V lithium-ion packs for more heat output (vests, jackets, pants, gloves) and 5 V USB power banks for lighter garments and accessories. Capacity and runtime are specified per SKU after measurement on the sample — see batteries, mAh and runtime.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on working days. Use the inquiry form.
What is the minimum order for private label heated apparel?
MOQ is quoted per SKU and depends on how much is customized — an existing heating platform with your logo starts lower than your own pattern, custom fabric colors, a new battery or printed retail boxes.
Can we use one battery across our whole heated range?
Often yes. Putting vests, jackets and pants on one 7.4 V platform, and accessories on one USB power bank, simplifies spares, chargers and documentation. Gloves and socks usually need their own smaller packs.
When should we brief an autumn / winter program?
Heated apparel is seasonal, and battery documentation and sampling take time. Brief as early as you can before your selling season; the lead time is confirmed per SKU on the quotation.
Who is responsible for the claims on our packaging?
The brand owner. We print the content your team approves and supply the documentation arranged for each SKU; we do not originate temperature, runtime, certification or health claims.
Are your heated apparel batteries UN 38.3 tested or UL listed?
We do not claim any battery certification or listing on this site. Rechargeable lithium-ion packs and power banks need a UN 38.3 test summary, a safety data sheet and dangerous-goods packing and labeling before they can ship, and air freight carries extra limits. Many markets, retailers and marketplaces ask for more — for example a battery safety standard such as IEC 62133-2, a power-bank or battery listing for US channels, or EU battery-regulation labeling. Which documents apply is confirmed per SKU and per order with the supplier and an accredited laboratory, before production. See the compliance process in our specs guide.
Do your heated garments carry FCC, CE or other electrical-safety marks?
No marks are claimed on this site. Heated apparel combines a heating element, a controller and a lithium battery, so the buyer and supplier confirm per SKU which electrical-safety, EMC, radio (for Bluetooth / app-controlled models) and chemical documents the destination market and channel require — for example FCC rules in the US, or CE marking with EMC, RoHS and general product-safety documentation in the EU. Marks may only be printed once the documentation for that exact SKU is in place. See the compliance process.
Do you have price tiers?
Yes, pricing is tiered by quantity per SKU and confirmed on quotation. No prices are published on this site.
Can you supply spare batteries and chargers?
Yes — spare packs, power banks and chargers are quoted per SKU. Batteries shipped on their own are a separate dangerous-goods classification from batteries packed with garments, which affects packing and freight.
Do you supply PPE and workwear programs?
Yes — heated vests, jackets, gloves and pants for outdoor crews, in program quantities with delivery schedules agreed per order. Any PPE or high-visibility claim requires documentation for that SKU.
Which markets do you serve?
This site focuses on the US market; we also quote other destinations. Tell us your market and its requirements.
How do I get a catalog?
Request it through the inquiry form with your business details.
Heated Vests
How many heat zones should a heated vest have?
It depends on price point and use. Entry vests often heat the back and chest; outdoor and workwear vests add a collar zone and heated pockets. Buyers commonly ask for layouts from 3 to 9 zones. More zones need more battery capacity for the same runtime, so the layout and battery are chosen together.
7.4 V battery or USB power bank — which is better for a vest?
A 7.4 V pack is the usual choice when you want more heat output and a dedicated battery; a 5 V USB power bank keeps cost and weight down and lets end users charge or swap it easily. Both are quoted; see the specs guide for the trade-offs.
Can you make a women’s heated vest?
Yes — on a women’s pattern with its own size run, not a resized men’s vest; chest zone positions follow the pattern.
How long does the battery last on each heat level?
It depends on battery capacity (mAh / Wh), the number of heat zones switched on, the heat level, the fabric and insulation, and the ambient temperature. We publish no runtime or temperature figures here: runtime per level is measured on the actual pre-production sample with the chosen battery and stated per SKU on your specification, and your marketing claims must match those measurements. See batteries, mAh and runtime in our specs guide.
Can heated apparel be washed?
Most heated garments are designed to be washed with the battery removed and the connector tucked into its pocket, usually by hand or on a gentle cycle and line-dried — but washability is a property of each SKU (element, wiring, connector and fabric), so the care instructions are confirmed on the sample and printed on the care label your team approves. See fabrics and washing in our specs guide.
Heated Jackets
Heated jacket or heated vest — which should we launch first?
Many ranges launch a heated vest first (lower price point, fits under any shell) and add a jacket for the premium tier. The two usually share the same battery platform, which simplifies spares and documentation.
Can a heated jacket be waterproof?
The shell fabric can be waterproof-breathable, and seams, zips and the battery pocket are designed around it. Any waterproof or water-resistance claim must be backed by test documentation for that SKU; none is claimed on this site.
Do you make heated jackets for motorcycle riders?
Yes — battery heated liners worn under a riding jacket, and, on request, layers powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system using the buyer’s connector standard.
Heated Jackets overview → · More FAQs: Heated Hoodies
Heated Hoodies
Can we sell the heated hoodie without a power bank?
Yes — many sellers ship the hoodie with a USB cable only and let customers use their own power bank, which also simplifies battery shipping. The product listing and manual must then state the power bank requirements confirmed for that SKU.
Can you embroider over the heated area?
Logos are placed clear of heating elements and wiring; the logo position is agreed on the tech pack before sampling.
Do heated hoodies come in women’s and kids’ sizes?
Women’s fits are quoted on their own pattern. Kids’ heated hoodies are quoted only with the children’s-product documentation your market requires.
Heated Gloves
Do your heated gloves heat the fingers?
Yes — finger and thumb heating is specified on every heated glove platform we quote, and full fingertip wrap is available on some. Exact coverage is shown on the sample and tech pack for your SKU.
Can heated gloves be powered from a motorcycle?
Battery gloves work on any bike. Gloves powered from the motorcycle’s 12 V system are quoted on request with your connector and controller standard, and documented per SKU.
Can you supply heated work gloves with a cut rating?
Work-glove ratings such as ANSI/ISEA 105 or EN 388 belong to a tested model. If your channel needs one, the SKU is tested per order and the rating is printed only once the report is issued.
Can we market heated products for Raynaud’s, arthritis or circulation?
We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product, and we do not recommend that private label buyers do so: claims to treat or relieve a condition can bring a product under medical-device rules in many markets. Heated products also need clear warnings for users who may not feel heat properly. Product claims and warnings are the brand owner’s responsibility and should be reviewed by your compliance advisor.
Heated Socks
Where do heated socks heat?
Over the toes and forefoot — the area that gets cold first. Some platforms also wrap the element under the toes. The heated area is shown on the sample and tech pack for your SKU.
Will heated socks fit in a ski boot?
Ski heated socks use a thin cushion and low-profile element so they fit a ski boot; the battery sits at the cuff above the boot. Fit is checked on samples with your target footwear.
Heated socks or heated insoles?
Socks heat the top of the toes and travel with the wearer between boots; insoles heat under the foot and stay in one pair of boots. Many ranges carry both — see the heated insoles page.
Heated Socks overview → · More FAQs: Heated Insoles
Heated Insoles
Built-in battery or ankle pack — which should we choose?
Built-in heel batteries are tidier (no cables outside the boot) but limit capacity and add heel thickness; ankle packs keep the insole thinner and allow bigger packs. Choose by footwear and use; both are quoted.
Can heated insoles be trimmed?
Yes, along the marked trim lines at the toe, away from the heating element; trim limits are printed on the insole and in the manual for each SKU.
Do heated insoles fit ski boots?
Fit depends on the boot liner volume. Thin ankle-pack insoles fit more boots; samples are checked in your target footwear before an order.
Heated Pants
Where do heated pants heat?
Usually the front thighs and knees; lower back or seat zones are optional. The layout is agreed on the tech pack and shown on the sample.
Can heated pants share batteries with our vests?
Yes — putting vests, jackets and pants on one battery platform is common and simplifies spares, chargers and documentation.
Do you make heated base-layer pants?
Yes, thin stretch base-layer pants with heat zones, worn under any outer pant; matching tops are quoted on request.
Heated Blankets
Do you supply plug-in electric blankets?
This site covers low-voltage heated blankets only — battery, USB power bank and 12 V vehicle-powered products. Mains-powered electric bedding is a different product category with its own standards and is not offered here.
Can restaurants and venues order heated blankets for their terraces?
Yes — hospitality orders are quoted like any B2B program, with your logo on the blanket or carry bag and spare packs or power banks per blanket.
Heated Blankets overview → · More FAQs: Battery Heated Blankets
Battery Heated Blankets
Does the whole battery heated blanket get warm?
No — like most low-voltage blankets it heats a defined zone, which keeps power demand within what a battery can supply. The zone size and position are agreed per SKU and shown on the sample.
Can we sell it with a USB cable only?
Yes. Many sellers ship the blanket with a USB cable and let customers use their own power bank, which also simplifies shipping. The listing and manual must state the power requirements confirmed for that SKU.
Is there an auto shut-off?
An auto-off timer is available on suitable controllers; its behavior is verified on the sample and described in the manual for that SKU.

Heated Accessories
Can we bundle a heated hat, scarf and hand warmer as a gift set?
Yes — bundles under one barcode are common for the gift season. Each item is still documented per SKU, and battery shipping rules apply to the set.
Do heated accessories use the same battery as our vests?
Scarves and hats usually run on a small 5 V USB power bank; vests and jackets often use 7.4 V packs. Sharing one USB power bank across accessories keeps spares simple.
Heated Accessories overview → · More FAQs: Heated Scarves , Heated Hats
Heated Scarves
Where does a heated scarf heat?
At the back of the neck, where a thin heating pad sits between the fabric layers. The zone size is shown on the sample for your SKU.
Can the heated scarf be worn under a motorcycle or ski helmet?
Compact heated neck warmers and gaiters are designed for that; full scarves are usually too bulky. Fit is checked on samples with your target helmets and jackets.
Heated Hats
Where does a heated hat heat?
In a band around the forehead and ears, inside the cuff or lining. The heated area is shown on the sample for your SKU.
Can the heating module be removed for washing?
On some platforms yes — the band and power bank come out so the hat can be washed. On fixed-module hats the care instructions confirmed for that SKU apply.
Can a heated hat be worn under a helmet?
Heated hats are not head protection and are not designed to be worn under a helmet unless a thin liner version is specified and checked with the buyer’s helmets.
Specs & Selection Guide
Carbon fiber or graphene — which heating element should we choose?
Carbon fiber pads are the proven, flexible all-rounder for vests, jackets and pants; graphene film is thinner and lighter, suiting hoodies, base layers and accessories, usually at a higher cost. Choose on the measured sample results — warm-up, evenness and wash durability — not on marketing claims.
Why do 5 V power banks and 7.4 V packs list such different mAh?
mAh depends on the voltage it is measured at. Compare packs by Wh (voltage × Ah) and by measured runtime on the actual garment at each heat level.
Why do heated apparel orders take longer than ordinary apparel?
Battery transport documents, any battery-safety or electrical testing your market needs, and dangerous-goods packing must be in place before shipment — on top of normal garment sampling.
